Have your student bring in spare change for their classroom to win a birthday picture with Astro!

I celebrated my 3 1/2 birthday on February 14th🎉 To celebrate we are having classroom change wars to help raise money for the Humane society🪙 Students can bring extra change through Friday 2/20 to their classroom change jar. The class with the most money will win a class pictures with me in his birthday gear📸

Tomorrow is Picture Day as well as Hawaiian/Beach Spirit Day. Please ensure your student arrives dressed in their Picture Day outfit. If they would like to participate in Spirit Day with a different outfit, they are welcome to change after their photo is taken.

Congratulations to the class of 2025! Our students enjoyed congratulating them while they walked the halls of their elementary Alma mater. 🤍

For March is Reading Month we welcomed author Bruce Hale to Collins Elementary! Our students loved his interactive assembly this past Wednesday. 📚🤍

Yesterday, our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders had a wonderful opportunity to draw with Abdoulaye Conde! He was the winner of the 2023 Art Prize competition. This was such a cool experience for them, thank you Abdoulaye! 🐾

Tomorrow Night!

Forest Hills Public Schools will be closed again on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, and extreme wind chill. Child care will be open. We will provide an update on Wednesday afternoon about our evening activities. Have a good night and stay safe.

Each year our 4th graders get to spend the whole week at Zoo School! 🦛🐅 We wanted to share some of the awesome pictures our teacher’s captured.
