I had someone ask me to explain my 5 week women’s support group and thought I’d share my response with you. I have been facilitating the support groups for a very long time. I use The Four Agreements a lot as well as The Law of Attraction. I’m also a certified Shadow Integration Coach. I base my groups on 14 Principles which I would be happy to send you. I also have lots of handouts.

I focus a lot on accessing our higher intelligence vs. our reactive mind . I give teachings on this in the beginning of every meeting and then we pass around a talking stick so that each woman has the opportunity to share if she wants. I will provide tips and tools for each woman who shares. We then end with a closing prayer to the goddess within all of us. It’s Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:30 Beaubien Holistic Care starting October 15 for $100. Any questions, just ask.

These are challenging times especially for empaths who feel deeply and can sense other people’s emotions making it hard to feel stable within oneself. There are helpful things you can do for yourself to break the cycle that may empaths are in at this time.

1)Start your day with choosing thoughts that are beneficial to you instead of reactive to the world.
2)Set intentions for your day.
3)Know your knee jerk reactive responses to things that trigger you and have a plan of what you will do when they come up.
