I am often asked what you can do while preparing to get our pre licensing steps completed. This is by no means a comprehensive list but at least can provide some direction!

I am very excited to share something I had the opportunity to create. For the past few years each person who had the desire to get into the Real Estate industry asked what they can do now to "get ready" as the pre-licensing just does not focus on the application of skills. It is not groundbreaking in terms of the content but it is in the sense there does not seem to be anything else like it out there in the market. I would love any feedback!
