That was Diana just 12 weeks ago. She was ready to get off the path she was on and reclaim her health! Was it easy? No. But staying where she was would've been harder.

2 different clients and 2 big wins!

Text on the left is a client in her 12th week working with me on The Boost Her Community: Helping WOMEN Lose Stubborn fat! She is absolutely crushing it and has seen not only incredible change but she has a new mindset and will never go back to we’re she was.

Inbody on the right is a client who I started working with 4 weeks ago. I circled the 2 tests done 4 weeks apart from when she started The Boost Her Project to today when we re-tested 4 weeks in! Already done 3.3% Bodyfat and up nearly 2lbs of lean muscle!

These are real women getting real results without taking entire food groups out, eating prepackaged meals, living on shakes, or drastically undereating!

This is true and sustainable life transformation right here!

Priceless changes here!!

This is Shay, we have been working together 1:1 for nearly 12 weeks through The Boost Her Project Method.

When we started she was dealing with unwanted weight. Low energy. Just did not feel good. Struggling with knowing what, when, and how much nutritionally.

Now nearly 12 weeks later she has more energy, her body doesn’t hurt, she’s 17 lbs lighter, she’s lowered her Bodyfat by 7%, and she is learning how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat! She’s created new habits so she can keep the weight off forever!

Did I mention she’s winning like this at 50?
Age is just a number ladies!

Another client absolutely crushing it!

I say this a lot but it’s so true! It’s texts like this one I got that remind me why I love what I get to do everyday and the women I get to help.

Not only is she losing the extra pounds she wanted gone she’s learning how to never gain them back. She has more energy and feels better!

The time will always pass by. A year from now will you look back and be thankful that you took action or will you regret wasting another year being unhappy?

This lady is a rockstar! We started working together 8 weeks ago. Her body had changed and she was feeling the extra pounds, bloat, and fatigue.

She has followed the plan I laid out for her even when she had challenges of life. She has never made excuses! Remember… excuses don’t burn calories! 👊😉

In 8 weeks she has dropped over 5% Bodyfat, nearly 10 pounds, and put on 2 pounds of lean muscle! 🤩

Even better is she feels better! Her clothes fit better, she’s not bloated anymore, and her energy is way up!

Our bodies change and we have to adapt or remain the same. Shay has embraced these changes every step of the way and it is paying off big time!

Vulnerable post…

Pic on left is me the summer after Covid lock down. Pic on the right is me now and how most people know me my entire adult life.

During lockdown I was killing it. Getting my workouts in, eating good and enjoying extra time with the family.

But towards the end the novelty wore off and the uncertainty as a mom wondering what effects it would have on the kids, as a business owner in a time when we were told not to be around others, as a wife wanting to make sure I lifted my husband up all came crashing down and I forgot to love me and focus on me for a period of time.

I hear it all the time, “ you’ve had 5 kids?!” You are lucky to have a fast metabolism.

Truth is that could not be more wrong. I have been treated for hypothyroidism my entire adult life.

One of the reason I became so passionate about womens health and healing is through my own experience. Not excepting any labels or excuses that come with it.

Nutrition and exercise have been the way I have kept it stable but if I let up I would gain quick as you can see on the left. Only about 30 days into my mindset shifting and my focus falling off.

This picture made me wake up and as soon as we got home from our family trip I got my head right and took myself back!

I share this because I know what it feels like to not recognize yourself in the mirror. I know what it feels like to feel defeated. We just can’t live there!

Will we have bad days? Sure. But don’t pitch a tent and camp out. Get up, get dressed, and show up!

I never will be that girl on the left again. I will love myself always, I will take care of me, and I will set an example for my children and be the best I can be.

All you have to do it start. 😘♥️

Love this smile because it represents new found love for herself! It represents a place of growth. It represents her happiness.

When I start working with someone they are generally unhappy with the person staring back at them in the mirror. This affects everything, even things we don’t realize.

That is where Angel was when we started working together. She was ready to get to feeling like herself again , loving herself, and the woman she sees staring back at her in the mirror. She committed to putting in the work to get there!

I tell people all the time not to get caught up on the number they see on the scale. It is not an accurate depiction of health.

I told her as she leaned out and toned up she may not see a big change in the “number” but the change would come in body composition. Which is sure has!

In 8 weeks she has dropped 2.7% Body Fat and put on over 2 pounds of lean muscle! She looks more toned and sculpted! Clothes are fitting better and her confidence is up!

Even more important is how it has affected her mindset for the positive. She is an overall happier person.

💥💥This is why I love what I do!👏👏

This is Cecily. Today we did our final retest.

We have been working together 1:1 for 12 weeks!

Even better than all the numbers is her increased confidence!

She was so teachable over the last 12 weeks and her hard work shows!

✅ 20 pounds down, a total of 17.5 inches lost, and a drop in bodyfat by 7.4%!

I often times get asked how I stay so motivated.

The secret is… I don’t and you won’t either.

Motivation is fleeting. It boils down to commitment.

There are many days I don’t feel “motivated.”
It is my commitment to keep the promises I have made to myself that gets me up and moving.

It’s my commitment to be healthy for my family.

It’s my commitment to take care of me so I can take care of them.

It’s my commitment to not settle.

It’s my commitment to set an example for my children.

It boils down to commitment. If we only eat good or workout on days that we are motivated to do so we will get nowhere fast.

It is a huge misconception. Just start!

If it scares you it’s ok, you may need to face your fear and do it anyway.

However, accountability is a huge help.

The biggest factor that the women I work with through The Boost Her Project seek is the accountability needed to just keep going and learning how to adapt and overcome.

Life is too short to waste it on what if!
