New Y Stop Now; Episode!
This week we talked to Izzy Yama who is headed to the College National Rodeo Finals in Casper Wyoming.
This phenomenon didn't have a traditional upbringing. A career-ending injury on her trustworthy horse left her in a feeling of despair.
Izzy was left with no other option than to start using a young horse. This is not the easiest task in the world.
Throughout her journey, this cowgirl went through many trials. But, she never let her defeat her.

Recipe: Ingredients
2 packs of ramen noodles
4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tbsp of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of sliced bok choy
1/2 cup of sliced scallions
Hard-boiled eggs (optional)
Sriracha sauce (As hot as you want it 🔥)
