CHS Band Parents

Dear Band Parents,
We are in desperate need of 4 volunteers to work the Thursday of Country Jam from 7-close. This is a wonderful fund raiser for the Central High School Bands. You will be checking wristbands to make sure those entering are authorized to do so. Please call Lesly @ (970) 778-6593 if you are able to volunteer. Do NOT use the order number that was given earlier to place your order for state photos!! Go to the website: events.lifetouch.com and click on "Find Your Event" in the top right corner. Choose "Marching Bands" then "Colorado" and enter the date "October 2013". Next choose "CBA 4A-5A in Ft collins" and last choose "Central HS" and you will be able to see all photos from our band. When you place your order - they will be shipped directly to your home!!

DO NOT USE THE PREORDER NUMBER GIVEN EARLIER OR YOUR PHOTOS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME!!

sweet breads, cookies, oranges (only 1 or 2 bags), apples (only 2 or 3 bags), grapes, grape tomatoes (3 small containers), cucumbers (only about 6), cheese sticks (about 10 - 12 pkgs), slim jim type beef sticks, granola bars, 2 or 3 cans gatorade.

Hello marching band parents--

I wanted to let you know that there is a meeting tomorrow Tuesday Oct 22, at 6:30PM in the CHS band room for anyone that would like information about the state trip this Thursday-Saturday in Fort Collins, CO.

I want to take this time to thank everyone for the donated food, supplies and time for last Saturdays band festival. Those we fed said the food was great and they all were very appreciative and so am I. I want to thank Kari Eddings for missing the parade and helping with the setup, serving and cleanup of lunch and snack. Now another request; we need more food. Central band parents also provide food for lunch and snacks for judges at the Regionals (approximately 20 people). If you can provide food, please call me. Kristie Gomez 260-5935. We need some main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Thanks again, Kristie

Parents - We Need Your HELP!! We want to do amazing for the military inspection this Saturday morning before the parade! We could use all the help we can get to make sure the uniforms are the correct length, gauntlets are on right, help shine shoes and fix hair. The parking lot at R-5 is dirt so shoes get dusty. Bring a rag - maybe even a damp rag - to help shine those shoes!! Kids are to report at 8am so we can get them ready for inspection. Thanks for any help!!
