Our faces when we hear SNW 2026 VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS ARE LIVE!
Please click the link below to fill out the application for SNW 2026. SNW 2026 is June 13-20, 2026. Applications can be filled out by anyone going into 9th grade for the 26-27 school year through college. We need lots of volunteers!
All Applications, Team Leader Applications, and Referral Forms are due BY MARCH 1ST AT 11:59PM. Anything received after that time will be placed onto the waiting list. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE USING THE 2026 LINK AND NOT ONE FROM A PREVIOUS YEAR.
Any applicant who has volunteered less than two years must have a referral form filled out. That means new applicants, first years from last year, or volunteers who took a break after one year and are applying again. Copy the link under “Referral Form” and email it to the person who will be filling out the referral, or have them visit the page and click the link themselves. The referral form CANNOT be filled out by anyone who is related to you. No parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc. It must be filled out by someone else who you believe knows you well. Any application that requires a referral that does not have one filled out BY MARCH 1ST will be placed on the waiting list. It is your responsibility to make sure that your referral form gets turned in, so double check with the person you ask.
Remember that often this application and the referral form are the only information the team has to get to know you. so take your time answering the questions. answer completely and honestly. Returning volunteers, this applies to you as well. Take your time answering. Think about the questions and really put some thought into them. Help us get to know the person you are growing into.
Only returning volunteers may fill out a team leader application. It is not required, but we encourage returners who feel like they want to step into a role of leadership to fill it out. Again, take your time to really think about and answer the questions completely.
You will be notified whether you got in or are on the waiting list by the first week of April.
