Votes - Grand Forks in Local DJs and Wedding Entertainment. "Groovy Tony" Paradise has a background in theatre and performing for large crowds. Growing up around his friend's band he was introduced to many different kinds of music and explored more in depth later in life. He has starred in many Productions growing up from the children's theatre in his hometown Warroad and advancing into competitive theatre in high school in One Act Play. After moving to Grand Forks Anthony has starred in 3 different roles of the annual Rocky Horror Picture Show as Riff Raff, Brad, and currently Dr. Frankenfurter. In June of 2023 Anthony starred in Empire Theatre Company and Home of Economy's "Tony n' Tina's Wedding" where he played the fitting role of Tony, the groom. Anthony continues to help local artists in the Grand Forks area by helping put together shows at local venue Ojata Records and even sang a couple songs for his "sister band" Entropy while their vocalist was out. With a background of performance, sound and music Tony brings a special knowledge and energy to any show he puts on, that can ignite a crowd of any age. In 2022 Anthony welcomed 2 good friends and fellow karaoke enthusiasts Kaleb and Jessica to the company to help out with overlapping gigs and also to enhance the experience that Paradise Productions offers.
