🎨The color run starts at 4:30, participants can arrive anytime after 4. (Tuesday, May 23)
📆Day-of registration is available but t-shirts will be first-come, first-served for day-of registrations. Registration is $10 and can be paid via cash, check, or Paypal.
👚T-shirts for pre-registered runners will be sent home today!
🌭Registered runners will get a water, hot dog, and cookie after the race. There will also be Kona Ice available for purchase.
There will be NO bathroom access at Pierce Park or at Jefferson.
😎Eyewear (sunglasses or goggles) is strongly recommended.
🏃We will be sending runners in waves so we don't crowd color stations. Please follow the direction for that tomorrow.

Hi Jefferson families!

Baseball ⚾️ season is back. If your child participated in Fang’s Reading Club at school they received a free ticket voucher to a Timber Rattler’s game. All of the ticket information was sent home with your child. This ticket can be used for this Sunday 4/30 or any Sunday in May. Please use the link below.

Hi everyone,
This is a reminder that tomorrow night 3/6 (Monday) is the monthly Jefferson PTA meeting at 6 in the LMC.

Along with other PTA and school related updates, we will also be talking about the future of PTA. At this point, we need to fill the positions of President, Vice President and Treasurer starting next school year. We are looking for willing people to fill these positions in order to continue with a PTA for Jefferson. Please let me know if you are interested (even if you’re not able to make it tomorrow). If we don’t have interested people, we will need to determine what next steps are possible.

If you are concerned that it might be too much or unsure what the commitment is, please know that the executive board positions are really what you make them. The new board can choose how often to hold meetings, what events to host, if/how to fundraise, etc. We would love to have new faces take up these roles. There are a few of us who’ve been doing this for a long time and while we are willing to continue to help, we are hoping to let others take the lead. Feel free to invite a friend to consider taking a position with you- I’ve made great friends through PTA and gotten to work alongside other parents that I wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for PTA. This is an opportunity to invest a little more in your child’s school and community.
