Crosstown Preschool has been a part of Hood County for 20 years, Here at Crosstown, it is our mission to provide a safe and comforting learning environment for our students to thrive in. We believe in strong communication and partnerships with parents, one of the many ways of establishing this communication is through Brightwheel, an app we use to post pictures, videos, and messages about our student's days to their parents, as well as direct communication with their child's teacher throughout the day. We believe in keeping small class ratios to ensure one-on-one care and connections with our students. We use the Frogstreet curriculum partnered with Wee learn curriculum (religious-based) for our class bible lessons and stories. Our mission here at CrossTown is to provide quality care, education, and development to help each child enrolled reach his/her greatest potential spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially. This is to be accomplished by providing learning and developmental experiences that are full of fun and wonder. We would love to meet you and your family
The center is governed by a church-appointed school board and administered by the Director. Each member of the teaching staff possesses competency and understanding essential in teaching young children as well as a basic love for little children. Each teacher receives a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every year. Our teachers believe that children are a gift from God that you have entrusted to our care. We will love and care for your child as though he were one of our own, for he is a child of God. Children are our only business…..they come first in our hearts and dedication.

Celebrating 4 Years with Mrs.Elizabeth!

We are celebrating 4 wonderful years of Mrs. Elizabeth being part of our Crosstown Preschool family!
Mrs. Elizabeth spends most of her days loving on our littles in the Infant Room, and over the past four years, she has poured so much love, patience, and care into the many babies who have been lucky enough to be in her arms.
But one of the things we love most about Mrs. Elizabeth is that her love doesn’t stop at the Infant Room! She is always happy to spend time with our other classrooms, and no matter what classroom she is in, she makes every child feel special, loved, and cared for.
She has such a sweet way of showing our children just how much they mean to her through cuddles, smiles, patience, encouragement, and dance parties!
Mrs. Elizabeth, thank you for 4 beautiful years of loving every child who comes through our doors! We are so thankful for the heart you bring to our school and for the countless little lives you have touched over the years.
Help us wish Mrs. Elizabeth a very happy 4 year anniversary!

Celebrating 9 Years with Mrs. Aleza!

Today I want to celebrate someone who is truly a special part of our Crosstown Preschool family, Mrs. Aleza!
Anyone who has come into CTP knows Mrs. Aleza!
Mrs. Aleza is celebrating 9 YEARS with our school this month! ❤️ Nine years of loving, teaching, encouraging, laughing with, and making a difference in the lives of so many children, teachers, and families.
Over the years, she has been such a dependable and caring presence in our school. She has watched so many little ones grow, helped countless children learn and develop, and has given so much of her heart to our school community.
9 years is an incredible milestone, and we are so thankful for every year, every child, every smile, and every memory she has helped create along the way.
Mrs. Aleza, thank you for 9 wonderful years! We are so blessed to have you as part of our Crosstown family, and we can’t wait to see all the memories and little lives you’ll continue to touch.

Summer session may have come to an end, but a brand new school year of learning, growing, and making memories is just beginning!
We had such a fun summer at Crosstown Preschool filled with water play, laughter, friendships, adventures, and SO many sweet memories. (Here is a mix of some end of summer and beginning of school year pictures)
Now we’re turning the page to a new school year! We’re excited to welcome back our returning families and teachers and to welcome all of our new friends joining the Crosstown family.

We are incredibly honored to receive this award for Top 3 Preschools in Granbury Tx, and while our name may be on it, this recognition belongs to so many people who have poured their hearts into our preschool every single day.
To our amazing staff, thank you for your endless patience, love, creativity, and dedication. You show up each day ready to nurture, encourage, teach, and love every child who walks through our doors. You are the heart of our school, and we couldn’t do this without each and every one of you.
To our wonderful families, thank you for trusting us with your greatest blessings. It is a privilege to be part of your children’s lives, and your support, encouragement, and partnership mean more than words can say. We are so grateful that you choose us to be part of your family’s journey.
And to our OSLC family, thank you for believing in our mission, supporting us, praying for us, and making it possible for our preschool to continue growing and serving our community. Your love and generosity have helped create a place where children are known, loved, and encouraged to thrive.

This award is a reminder that when a community comes together with a shared purpose, beautiful things happen. We are beyond thankful, deeply humbled, and incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing village.
