Last year was one hell of a year. Heartbreak, betrayal, finance loss, people pleasing, putting others before me, filling cups not realizing my cup was empty, reacting with emotion and not in sync with my heart and mind. So many things to recognize that contributed to my new profound self love and growth. This new year I’m choosing me all the way. Even if it takes being a hermit till the day I die. Peace and harmony is something you can’t buy and if it’s something you can’t provide, honey don’t waste your time . Move on to the next, and that is friends and what does this generation call it, “romantic partners”😂 even family members.

This morning a thought came into mind right before I was about to journal and it was how taking control is all about losing resistance. How? you ask
When we hold onto something and we’re wanting to direct its every move, we tend to create resistance between us and the situation causing uneasiness. The only way to lose Resistance is to surrender and really allow the flow to take place.

I realized how distant I’ve become with law of least resistance and how it causes so much anxiety and overthinking. Before I could think about what I was going to write about, spirit said list what you’re losing resistance on and that way, it’ll manifest into reality to bring peace of mind. Peace of mind=success

Allowing things and people to be who and what they already are, is key when it comes to lasting connections and soul ties. A lot of us try to change people for “what we see them to be” and not accept “who they presently are”. So the next time you are trying to change somebody because they don’t match the idea you have of them, just ask yourself. What is the purpose of the disappointment I keep experiencing due to my unaccepting nature?
