Lowcountry Microschool Network Doug and Alicia Dickerson are the founders and owners of The Success Center in Goose Creek, South Carolina. We want to invite you to connect with us.

The Lowcountry Microschool Network is a collaborative group of Lowcountry microschool founders, teachers, and parents who share a desire to network, exchange ideas, and offer support to fellow microschool leaders. The Success Center is a faith-based education center that houses the Success School Sharks, a microschool for Pre-K through High School students, and a tutoring center founded in 2019. D

oug and Alicia are veteran teachers passionate about empowering and equipping fellow educators. Doug is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team and conducts leadership training for businesses and schools. Alicia serves as a Community Connector with the Vela Founder Network and is passionate about sharing her heart and vision for the microschool movement.
