I asked for an idea and got Little ghost and Krampus 😄 🎄 what is something I should paint next ?

Before thanksgiving break the kids started making their silk screen templates .

This week we will use them to make their prints !

This week in art we worked with a few different techniques … wet on wet , dry brushing , gradiants, and composition .

The kiddos made stamps ! I’m so proud of all of them , they did an awesome job with the tools . This week some of them used their stamps on their plates and decorated them 💗

I also came home with some student art made just for me 😍💗 I love it !

Worked on decorating vases as if we were in the ming dynasty . though we had a lot of artistic freedom when it came to decorating. 😄 how can i say no to colors .

Also learned about shading in different techniques , like cross hatching and a little mixed media .

At the Steam Studios Art classes this week we worked on Pottery and learned about Chinese porcelain. I really loved working with the kids this week with this . Very hands on and engaging 😄 and a little messy hahah.
