Congratulations To GHS Alum For Extending His Basketball Collegiate Career!!!!
The 12th Brunswick Dolphin Decides, Elizabeth City State - Viking Pride, Viking Pride, Viking Pride!
Brunswick CC Dolphins Men's Basketball is proud to celebrate another major milestone as Class of 2026 member Amari Latham has committed to continue his academic and basketball career on scholarship at Elizabeth City State University under the leadership of Head Coach John Richardson. Located in Elizabeth City, NC, the Vikings compete at the NCAA Division Two level in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA). The 6’6 Goldsboro, NC native brought a tenacious style of play, versatility, and toughness to the Dolphins over the past two seasons. His contributions helped lead the winningest class in program history to a 56-11 record, consecutive Region 10-D1 / Atlantic District Championships, and back-to-back NJCAA National Tournament appearances. Amari adds to another historic achievement for Brunswick CC, becoming the 12th Dolphin from the 2026 class to sign with a four year college. This makes the 2026 class the largest signing class in program history. Join us in congratulating Amari Latham and his family on this outstanding achievement.
