GOATS & Taters had one final meeting to cap off the end of our season -- a holiday party filled with good food and fun games!
We are extremely grateful for our coaches, junior mentors, and parents. Thank you for helping us grow as teams, friends, and youth in the FIRST LEGO League Challenge program.

Back-to-back competitions and back-to-back Motivate Awards!
Taters competed in Fremont on Saturday while GOATS participated in the Sanford qualifier on Sunday. Both had to give presentations to judges about each team's innovation project and robot design as well as compete against other team in 3 rounds of robot runs on the game tables.
We were thrilled that both our teams received the Motivate Award - which recognizes a team that embraces the culture of FIRST LEGO League through team building, team spirit, and enthusiasm - at each of our tournaments!
Congratulations to all the teams that competed with us this weekend and to those who advanced to the state tournament in January!

Tonight Taters and GOATS tweaked and practiced presentations. Taters also met virtually with our friends in Brazil, Nine Tails, to discuss a video collaboration.

Last night we said "goodbye" to our teammate and good friend Gabriel, who will soon be moving to another state. We're sad to see him go, but we have a lot of great memories! 🐐🥔
