Our mission is to provide a program where youth have fun and run competitively in middle and long distance events. We believe that running is fun, even more so with a group of peers and coaches who share common goals and passion. As such, the t
eam follows an individual + group mentality which is unique to our program. Running is an activity that is beneficial for everyone, especially kids. The solid aerobic development needed for distance running is something that is built over years of consistent and disciplined training. We view strength conditioning, flexibility and cross training as integral components of the program, for building endurance and preventing injuries and burn-out. At Golden Running Academy, we offer a running program that forges character and inspires a life-long commitment to health and fitness. Developing tomorrow’s top middle and long distance runners is something we take very seriously. We strive to provide tools that will prepare our athletes both physically and mentally, giving them the best opportunity for success. We accomplish this by combining the best coaches and athletes in group workouts and harnessing new methods, tools and science. At Golden Running Academy, we are eager to write an exciting new chapter in youth running – one that reminds us all to be in it for the long run.
