June is a reminder that every person deserves to see themselves with kindness.

As we recognize both Men's Mental Health Month and Pride Month, we want to encourage everyone to take a moment to notice the messages they tell themselves. The words we repeat matter.

You are worthy.
You are loved.
It is okay to ask for help.
You are capable of amazing things.

No matter who you are, where you come from, or what you're carrying, your mental health matters.

A new peer-reviewed article published in Pediatrics highlights the importance of engaging community members in identifying patient-centered outcomes related to lethal means safety for youth.

The publication includes Robbie's Hope Co-Founder, and Robbie's Mom, Kari Eckert, and former Robbie's Hope intern Nina Birdsey as co-authors. Their perspectives, along with those of other community members, helped shape research focused on understanding which outcomes matter most to young people and families.

This work shows the value of including lived experience and youth voices in research. When communities are part of the process, research becomes more relevant, meaningful, and impactful.

Congratulations to Kari, Nina, and the entire research team on this important publication.

Pride Month is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported exactly as they are.

At Robbie’s Hope, we believe mental health conversations must include every voice and every story. Creating spaces where LGBTQ+ youth feel accepted, valued, and never alone is not optional; it is essential.

This month and every month, we stand for love, belonging, and hope. Because everyone deserves the chance to stay another day. 🌈💙

As we close out May Mental Health Month, we want to remind you how important it is to take care of your mental health over the summer. With no school and no set routine, it can be easy to fall into a spiral of negative thoughts.

By following routines, staying positive, and spending time doing things you enjoy, you can set yourself up for success with your mental health. Don't forget, it's ok to not be ok this summer! Don't be afraid to reach out for help!💜🩵
