Our toddler class had so much fun creating their own campfires using handprints! This hands-on activity encouraged creativity, sensory exploration, and fine motor development while bringing our camping theme to life. We love watching our little campers learn through play! 🏕️🖐️❤️

We’re so excited to welcome these two sweet little ones on their very first day in the infant room! We can’t wait to watch them grow, learn, and make so many wonderful memories with us. Here’s to new friendships, big milestones, and lots of smiles! 🍼✨

There’s nothing better than gathering together for story time! 📚💙 Our toddler and preschool classes enjoyed listening to engaging stories, building their listening skills, using their imaginations, and sharing the joy of reading together. These everyday moments help create a lifelong love of learning!

It might seem like a simple skill, but pouring their own milk builds independence, confidence, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills. We’re so proud of our preschoolers for mastering everyday life skills! 🥛✨

One of our wonderful parents brought in a stethoscope for the kiddos to explore! They learned how it works, listened to heartbeats, and discovered more about how our amazing bodies work. Hands-on learning like this makes science so much fun! 🩺❤️👶

👶 Community Helpers Week: Baby Nurse! 🩺🍼

Today our little learners stepped into the role of caring for newborn babies! They learned how to gently swaddle, feed, and care for a baby, just like a baby nurse. To make the experience even more fun, everyone made their own adorable newborn baby hats! 💙🩷

What a sweet, hands-on way to learn about the important people who help care for babies and their families! 💕

Day 2 of Community Helpers Week – Part 2 🩺🐾

Today our kiddos had the opportunity to meet a veterinary technician and a sweet four-legged friend! 🐶💙

They learned how to care for pets, the dos and don’ts of caring for a dog, listened to the dog’s heartbeat with a stethoscope, talked about what happens during a veterinary checkup, and enjoyed getting to gently pet their special visitor.

A huge thank you to Caycie for taking the time to teach our little learners about responsible pet care and the important work veterinary professionals do every day. It was a fun, hands-on experience that our kiddos will be talking about for a long time! 🐾❤️

Day 2 of Community Helpers Week – Part 1 🚔💙

Today our kiddos had an incredible time with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office! They loved exploring the patrol vehicle, trying on safety vests, learning about the equipment officers use, and asking so many great questions.

Experiences like these help our children learn about the important people who serve and protect our community while building trust in those who help keep us safe.

A huge thank you to the Deputy Gaines and Deputy Freeman for spending the morning with us and creating such a fun, hands on learning experience. We appreciate all you do! 💙🚓👮
