These summer evenings are precious as we take advantage of the light and incredible energies✨

$18 drop in. Car park free. Come out boardwalk 1 and go to the left. We will be on the firm sand.

Yoga Beach Flow revised schedule for the rest of August:
Saturday and Sunday classes (except weekend of August 8 & 9th)
Wednesday evening classes for the New Moon and Full Moon on August 12 & 26th, 6-7PM (car park free after 5pm)

Tues and Thursday 7-8am
Always check social media for weather up-dates and pop-up classes.
Be immersed in the elements of nature to the natural rhythms of the ocean in the most beautiful place to practice. All-levels welcome.
$18 cash drop-in or $75 for 5 class pass..
TIMES are subject to change and cancellations will be posted 30 minutes in advance.
Left end by the Inn at Good Harbor, overlooking Salt Island.
Parking on Witham Street (they don't usually ticket early in the morning for non-residents).
