I can’t believe it’s been 11 years already!!! This was one of the most fun events for a great cause. I got partnered up with THE BEST partner and had way too much fun at all the rehearsals. I hope you’re doing well Jim Shellard it’s been too long. These are some great memories.

Get fit for summer, jig your way to slimmer! New adult 10 week session starts next Wednesday, April 22. We not only learn the jig we also do a lot of conditioning exercises. Hope to see you all next week!

A truly special shoutout to these amazing girls for making it to the World stage, for pushing through every challenge, and for inspiring everyone around them all the way to the very end. Some of them hadn’t competed in over a decade, yet they came back for one final hoorah and that kind of courage and love for this team means everything.
What they gave these last 7 months can’t be measured by results alone. It was a journey filled with growth, grace, trust, laughter, and unforgettable moments together.
I couldn’t be more proud of the way you showed up for each other, believed in one another, and took a brave step onto the biggest stage in the world. This team will always be something special, and the legacy you created will live on in Team Healy. Congratulations on getting a world medal girls!!! 🏅 🌎 🩵
