Top Billing Entertainment Performance Academy is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit founded by Kristina Keener Ivy where each performer is given "top billing", treated with respect and admiration, given professional instruction, and given the opportunity for a featured solo, no matter their talent level or ability to pay. Top Billing Entertainment has received 60 National Youth Arts nominations and 15 wins,

won "Best Dance School" 2014-2020 in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune Reader's Choice Awards, and won first place for Best Theater Production and second place for Theater Directing in the American Prize National Competition. In January 2015, they expanded to a full service performance academy in the Village of Glendora and offer classes in acting, on camera acting, dance, voice, all instruments, and anything else that interests their 600+ students. They were excited to perform yearly at Disney's California Adventure Park, at the Glendora Village Stroll as well as other events, and for over 30 community groups. Happy Birthday to Mama Kristen! ❤️

Kristen is one of those people who somehow manages to be involved in ALL the things, and TBE is so lucky to have her! She is a behind-the-scenes superstar who is always organizing volunteers, jumping in to help wherever she’s needed, and making sure things actually get done.

And this year, Kristen took her TBE involvement to the stage, joining Molly for a beautiful mother-daughter dance duet that was genuinely one of those moments that made all of us a little teary. We loved getting to see a whole new side of her!

Of course, no TBE event would be complete without Kristen and her legendary brownies making an appearance at basically every potluck we host. At this point, we may need to add “Official TBE Brownie Provider” to her list of titles.

Whether she’s behind the scenes organizing, volunteering, cheering people on, stepping onto the stage, or showing up with a pan of brownies, Kristen brings so much heart to our TBE family.

We are so grateful for you, Mama Kristen, and all the ways you show up for this crazy little community of ours. Happy Birthday! We hope you have the BEST day! ❤️

Cielo began her Top Billing journey when she was just six years old, and we have had the incredible privilege of watching her grow from a young performer into a confident, hardworking, and resilient young woman.

Happy Birthday, Nathan! 🎭

Nathan is one of those performers who is NEVER afraid to fully commit to a character, and we absolutely love that about him. Whether he’s getting loud, making a ridiculous choice, or taking a bit just a little further for the laugh, Nathan knows how to make an audience remember him!

Most recently, Nathan was a crowd-favorite Villager AND a Knight in Shrek The Musical, and before that, he brought plenty of personality to the stage as the 8 of Diamonds in Alice in Wonderland. Different roles, same Nathan energy!

We love watching him throw himself into every character and aren’t sure there’s such a thing as “too much” when Nathan is onstage. Keep committing to the bit, Nathan. It’s working!
