ATTENTION!

2021 has been a crazy year! I put lessons on hold due to moving to Vegas and having a baby!! Starting February, I will be starting back up with taking new clients, and tackling Vegas to improve young athletes. My goal this year is to become certified in physical training for young athletes. Not only do I want to help with pitching and hitting, I also want to help strengthen and condition young athletes to become prepared and knowledgeable of the importance of their athletic bodies for their future.

Hey everyone i wanted to let y’all know that i have relocated to Las Vegas, NV. I’ve had a lot of questions recently about lessons, and I’m so sorry about not being in AZ anymore! I will keep everyone posted if i ever go back. In the mean time, if you know girls in the Las Vegas area needing lessons, please feel free to pass them on here! 2022 is going to be a fresh start with pitching, hitting and personal training. So keep an eye out!!

I am proud to announce that i will be the head coach of the Arizona Thunder ‘06 14u team! I’ve been wanting to have my own team for awhile now, but have just been waiting for the right time!! I’m very excited to start shaping these girls into the best softball players i can!

THURSDAY TIPS:

When you are in a game, on deck, about to hit, warm up your swing like you would swing at the plate. If you warm up on deck using the wrong mechanics, not focusing on proper mechanics, just swinging lazy... that's how you will perform at the plate. You will start to develop bad habits without even knowing it. You want to train your muscle memory with proper mechanics. Train like you are going to play in a game. What you put into your warm ups/ practices is what the outcome will be in a game!
