To anyone feeling lost, broken, or overwhelmed. This message is for you from my heart. ❣️

To break free you must prioritize your healing and self-care. Make it so habitual in your life that it becomes as necessary as sleep and eating. Build a sustainable foundation of routine with tools to self-regulate and heal. Become a seeker of answers, leaving no stone unturned. Always strive to learn as much as you can; your wisdom will be your saving grace.

Don’t give away your power by thinking you can’t solve these problems. You have the capacity to overcome all obstacles. We just need to build that muscle of self-belief. Every failure is an experience that teaches us a lesson. Don't get stuck in a spider web of mistakes. Instead, learn from each experience to grow.

You're not broken or defined by your past. Hope is created by the actions and choices we make today. Your entire life can change within three to six months of focused hard work. Many have proved this not just me. So believe in this possibility. Remember you're fighting for your life. Don't take this lightly. Let that fact empower you. Be courageous and push through the fear and resistance. On the other side of that fear, there is a beautiful life waiting.

Lastly, you must love yourself as if your life depends on it because, my beautiful soul, it quite literally does. Never give up. ❤️
