Ok, so I NEVER share these types of things because 1. Before and after photos don't show all progress and 2. I respect my clients' privacy. BUT I am SO proud of how hard my clients work and I think they should be celebrated!!
As we near the end of another year, I've been reflecting on the work we've done and realized how crazy some of the wins have been!

No regrets, just some lessons learned and wisdom to pass down.
The path to fitness is challenging, sometimes lonely, but so very worth it. It transcends the physical too, with the amount of discipline, mental toughness, and self-love that can be gained!

It's a lifestyle, not a race to prepare for x,y,z moment in life.
The sooner you realize fitness is about a better quality of life, the easier you will find time for it, stay consistent with it, and stop letting things get in the way.
