I recently learned about a new faith-based children’s series called Captain Flashlight Jr. Their goal is simple: create wholesome stories that point kids toward kindness, courage, and Godly character… while still being fun.

As someone who works with children every week, I know how powerful the stories they watch can be.

As a homeschool mom of 18+ years I know Christmas break is such a good time to breathe—but it’s also when a lot of homeschool parents reflect and quietly realize something hasn’t clicked yet.
If reading or spelling has still been a struggle this semester, please hear this: you haven’t failed your child.
I work with families who are doing all the right things—their child just needs a different approach.
I’ll be opening a few January tutoring spots online or in person options available, and I’m happy to answer questions or just help you think through next steps. ❤️
