FCICA provides educational resources and business support to premier commercial flooring contractors.

The association connects contractors, manufacturer technical representatives, distributors and consultants in a non-competitive environment. The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) was incorporated in 1982 to address numerous problems confronted by the installation industry, including a lack of minimum installation standards, unclear specifications, no uniform training standard, and the need

for quality installation professionals. Today, FCICA continues to strive for the advancement of the industry. Two annual conferences are held to provide educational opportunities for our members and to create networking opportunities in a non-competitive environment to permit members to receive the knowledge necessary to improve their business's profitability.
