✨ It’s Friday Fusion! 👀 Thread Fusion + Two threads + One looper = Gorgeous texture.

🧵 (2) 12-wt cotton Spagetti threads paired together in the chain looper create this dimensional narrow coverstitch.

And this one was stitched on the NEW BERNINA L620 Coverstitch machine!

❤️‍🔥 Simple coverstitch. Beautiful possibilities.

80 yards of tulle. One VERY helpful serger setting. 👀❤️

When our videographer Megan decided to create this incredible Lydia-inspired costume, there was one small question…

How are we going to gather 80 YARDS of tulle?!

Enter: Differential Feed. ✨

By adjusting this serger-only feature, we were able to gather all that tulle remarkably quickly and turn yards and yards of fabric into layer after glorious layer.

🕷️ This one definitely goes down in our sewing history books.

And gathering is only ONE of the things Differential Feed can do.

It can help tame wavy knits, prevent puckering, work with tricky fabrics—and even become a tool for creative effects. The magic is understanding when to increase it, when to decrease it, and why.
