I was so fortunate to attend Shea’s HER retreat this last weekend. What an amazing group of women and Shea and Claudia as leaders!! I desperately needed to opportunity to just concentrate on myself for a couple days. So many blessings to these ladies.

Yesterday was Yoga in the Park in Gillette with the Yoga in the Park Gals. What an awesome day. It is a blessing to spend a day in community with like minded people. I met new friends and reconnected with others.

Can’t wait for tomorrow -Yoga in the Park - out at the CAM-PLEX. Hope to see everyone. Super excited. Sam will be with me tomorrow visiting from Laramie.

I’ve been struggling with all the people I have met that want to work in the energy realm yet never had the benefit of our amazing teachers and mentors.

In Billings Mt today at “The Spirit of Wyoming in Montana.” We are set up at Sacred Grounds-a really amazing coffee and metaphysical space. Looking forward to being of service to all who need.

Well, I decided to take the plunge and create a fb page for my coaching and readings. I had so much trouble with my website (for those of you that are familiar with it) I have taken it down and am focusing on fb. At least for now!
