Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers out there! I am so blessed to be one myself, and for that, I am so thankful. Today, I’m spending it with the ones who call me mom and my hubby, as well as some family. I am hoping for some gluten free brunch items & a massage planned in my future.

Want to hear something 🙈 embarrassing ? I’ve been a certified health coach since last summer and when I was first starting out, I used to spend way too much time preparing for clients(Making scripts and everything). Silly 🙃 me since you never know what direction a session will go (Hello Andria, you do 1-on-1 client centered coaching you cannot predict the conversation). Luckily I learned my lesson, and these days, I realize, my time and energy are better used learning as much as I can to help my clients reclaim their health.With a master certified health coach certificate and working towards being board certified my clients benefit from a client centered, science based health programs.

I’m happy to say I’ve learned a lot, so if you have any questions, leave them here and I’d be more than happy to answer!⁣

Growing up I never really knew what Easter was about, minus Easter baskets and egg hunts.

Now Easter is especially special for me. I am so thankful that whatever may come He is risen and that changes EVERYTHING ✝️.

Today I’m thankful for my Savior. Thankful for time with my family which doesn’t happen every Easter 🐣 ✝️.

I was so blessed to get away for the weekend for our women’s retreat. What a fun way to start Holy Week. I’m thankful to have such great women in my life.
