Red Brolly Preschool is looking to grow our substitute team and possibly welcome another regular teacher to our little family!
Notice I didn’t say desperately hiring. 😉 That’s because I’d rather wait for the right person than hire the wrong one.
So… who are we hoping to find?
❤️ Someone who laughs easily (at themselves, at me, and at the hilarious things preschoolers say).
❤️ Someone who genuinely loves being around children—not just supervising them.
❤️ Someone who cares about children and their families because relationships always come first.
❤️ Someone who believes childhood should be full of play, wonder, muddy shoes, and big feelings.
❤️ Someone who can roll with preschool life… because sometimes everyone needs the bathroom at the exact same time, someone spills the paint, and someone proudly serves you pretend broccoli and frog eye soup.
Red Brolly is a really special place. We have an incredible team, wonderful families, and children who deserve adults who genuinely love what they do. That’s why I’m intentional about who joins us.
Skills can be taught. A kind heart, a good sense of humor, teamwork, and a genuine love for children? Those are much harder to find.
Bonus points if you’re looking for a boss who still gets down on the floor to build block towers, makes terrible jokes, celebrates the little wins and never asks you to be someone you’re not.
