Active Mind Yoga: Power of the Tiger 🐅 is a 7-week, asynchronous experiential learning opportunity offered through the Eidetic Institute, designed to explore the union of mind, body, and emotions through Eidetic Imaging. This is not physical yoga—yoga here means union, using imagery as the pathway for insight, somatic awareness, and change.
Participants will engage weekly with guided audio Tiger images, written reflection, and individualized facilitator feedback, following an immersive “image-go-round” format that allows insight to unfold experientially.
This experience is facilitated by a compassionate and experienced team:
Katy Swafford, PhD, founder and director of the Eidetic Institute, student of Akhter Ahsen, and developer of Eidetic Systems Therapy;
Darius Hawk Sayers, MA, LPC, a veteran and trauma-informed therapist integrating Eidetic Imaging in his work with service members, veterans, and first responders
Natalie Collazo, LPC-Associate, NCC, MA in Counseling, MS in Education (1st–6th grade), co-chair and vice president of communication at the Eidetic Institute, and founder of Archway Healing, specializing in grief and loss through Eidetic Imaging (supervised by Katelyn Williams, MA, LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC).
