If you had shown me my business today when I started in 2021, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

There have been products I was sure would sell that didn’t. Things I almost didn’t try that took off. Ideas I’ve outgrown, plans I’ve completely changed, really exciting wins and plenty of “okay… now what?” moments in between. 😂

For a long time, I think I assumed growing a business meant eventually figuring it all out.

Five years in, I’ve realized it’s almost the opposite.

You pay attention. You learn what your customers actually want. You stop doing things just because you’ve always done them. You try something new. You get it wrong sometimes.

And then you adjust.

Audette’s Legacy looks very different than the business I pictured when I started it.

I hope five years from now, I can say the same thing. 🤎

Where are my Mahjong ladies?! 🀄️💕

Someone replied to my story saying they needed a candle that says “Smells like she is playing Mahjong again”… and obviously I had to make it. 😂

Meet the newest (very limited!) candle at Audette’s Legacy — poured in the prettiest pink glass jar with a bamboo lid and available in two scents:

🌸 Magnolia & Peony
🥂 Cranberry Prosecco

I only made 3 of each, so there are just 6 available!

Now I need to know… who’s the one in your Mahjong group that needs this? Tag her 👇🏼🀄️

Happy National Coffee Day ☕️🤎

Coffee run + a little candle restock at Rose & Dagger. Just two local businesses doing our thing. 🫶🏼

Go grab a coffee, shop local & maybe take a candle home with you while you’re there. 😉

Okayyy the glass pumpkins are officially online
https://www.audetteslegacy.com/

Candle Addicts got first dibs and managed to claim every single orange Pumpkin Chai before I could even launch them 😂 so here’s what’s still up for grabs:

💚 Olive — Spiced Apple or Tonka & Oud
🖤 Black — Dark Musk & Amber
🤍 Oversized Clear — Moroccan Cashmere

All hand-poured, all limited, and the glass pumpkins are made to be reused once your candle is gone.

Fall is looking pretty good around here

Starting tomorrow, you’ll find me inside Rose & Dagger Coffee Co. with a curated collection of candles, fall scents, room + linen sprays, and a few fun extras — all available to shop with easy self-checkout.

And for their Open House tomorrow, I added a Rose + Dagger signature latte candle set to the raffle. 👀

It feels pretty special seeing this little corner come together. Come grab a coffee, smell some candles, and check it out for yourself.
