We had an amazing first day of school! There were so many smiles lining our hallways and classrooms. 🐾 Thank you for your patience during car rider lines today. We are looking forward to a much smoother and efficient Day 2. Here are some transportation reminders to help make that happen.

Hey KPES Families and Cubs! Teachers just finished their first week back and we are so excited to see you all at Open House next week on August 12-14th. If you haven’t connected with your child’s teacher yet, please call the office on Monday. 🐾🩵

We’ve heard and appreciate your feedback about purchasing school uniforms for the upcoming school year. We want to ensure all of our students are dressed in approved uniforms while also providing you all with flexible and affordable options.

What this means for your family:

*If you have already purchased uniforms for this school year, there is nothing further you need to do.
*Students may continue wearing any previously purchased KIPP North Carolina uniforms.
*Families may continue purchasing select uniforms the same way you have in previous years through our school offices during Open House on August 12-14th.
*Families may also purchase uniforms through our new approved uniform vendor at www.frenchtoast.com

If your family needs assistance obtaining uniforms, please contact the school. We are committed to working with families and have resources available. We don’t want uniforms to be a barrier to any of our students attending school confidently.
