IUN Love Your Melon Campus Crew

UPDATE: IUN LYM is very grateful for all the amazing opportunities that Love Your Melon has allowed us to have in being able to help families facing pediatric cancer these past 5 years. We will forever treasure the friendships and memories that we have made throughout this time. Unfortunately, we are sad to share that Love Your Melon has decided to shut down the campus crew program. Even though this program has come to an end, this will not stop our crew from making a difference! ✨ Make sure to keep an eye out on campus as we will be coming together to further continue our mission. Thank you again to all who have helped us make a difference these past years through participating in our events and hope we continue to have your support with our future plans! 💛 We hope that everyone and their families are healthy and staying safe. Hi friends! We’re back with our FINAL Senior Sunday of the semester ✨
Today we’re saying goodbye to our amazing seniors and we can’t believe this day has come!

Airel Otero (Captain), Mariana Cantu (Vice Captain), and Yulissa Alvarez started our crew back in 2015 and helped it grow to the amazing organization it’s been over the last 5 years! Allie Kristine and Emily Kathryn Morrison joined our crew back in 2017 and have devoted 3 wonderful years with us!!

Thank you for all of the amazing memories and impact you have all created within your time in LYM. Together we’ve accomplished so much, and appreciate you all more than you know! Moving forward, our crew is excited to continue the crew and making a difference in the lives of children battling cancer for years to come, just like you’ve all helped us do with your time here in the crew!! We love you and will miss you all❤️❤️

Yesterday a few of our crew members were able to go on another hospital visit and hand out beanies to so many amazing kids! Thank you to Loyola Medicine for having us and being super kind and helpful ❤️ @ Loyola Medicine
