True Rhythm LLC (formally Sydney Mierop Yoga, Birth, & Herbal) offers yoga, in-home personal training and group movement classes, workshops, and herbal products to support for women in every season of life—pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Over time, it grew to support women beyond motherhood as well—through hormone shifts, perimenopause, stress, and the desire to move and eat in ways that feel s

ustainable and supportive. Rooted in respect for the female body’s natural rhythms, True Rhythm helps women build strength, restore balance, and feel supported through movement, nourishment, and community.
