Daddys home!! Im exhausted, sore, worn out, and still reflecting back on this trip. It was by no means a "vacation". It was a disconnect with the purpose of re-centering and reconnecting with nature. I'm recharged, and overwhelmed at the same time.
Sometimes reality checks aren't always the ones we thought, pleasant, or obvious. They are truth, grounding, eye-opening, and what we NEED. CHI/QI is neither good nor bad. It is Yin and Yang. We are the ones who "precieve" it to be good or bad. Only those seeking Light, find the dark negative. Those seeking clarity, often see the light as blinding, just the same.
