Honestly, it’s a miracle we get any work done with how much they’re spoiling us. If you’re looking for the best PTA around, they’re currently at GES making us feel like royalty.

At first glance, it looks like a dance routine. But the smooth steps and quick footwork aren’t happening on a stage. They’re unfolding in the middle of a school car line at Gardendale Elementary, where crossing guard Ronad Mitchell has turned a daily routine into something unexpected.

Our 4th graders had an incredible time exploring the rich industrial history of our area today at Sloss Furnaces! 🚂🔥 Stepping out of the classroom and into a National Historic Landmark gave them a hands-on look at the iron industry that helped build Birmingham. So proud of how well these students represented Gardendale Elementary today!
