Psychology Club members organize and host psychology related events concerning: current events, psychology at Kenyon, graduate school in psychology, jobs in psychology, and community service. We had our annual departmental barbecue today hosted by Psych Club. The weather wasn't great so we brought to feeling of spring indoors!

Psych Club takes on Weaver Wednesday! Camping in the Cottage with mix-your-own trail mix, a cocoa and tea bar, classic camping games, and three small dogs!

This week's meeting (Thursday 4/13) will take place from 12-1PM in Peirce Lounge. Club members Rebecca Waters and Sydney Telaak will be presenting a joint research project on Mothers in Brazilian Prisons, followed by sharing and discussing Waters' podcast on Mothers in American Prisons. We look forward to lunch with you!

We hope you had a pleasant spring break! Psych Club looks forward to resuming weekly meetings this Thursday. You can usually find us in Samuel Mather Hall 308 from 12:30-1PM.

This Thursday, however, we'll be hosting our monthly meeting over lunch in Peirce Lounge. Come listen to Katie Jimenez-Gray, one of our club members, give a presentation on "Studying Psychology in Stockholm" from 12-1PM.

Psych Club is hosting Trivia tonight @ 10:15 at the VI. Psych-themed; Freudian sips; proceeds go to Head Start; and way too much fun as always. Also $25 gift card prize for the winners!! Hope to see you there!

Our Annual Psychology Department End-of-year Barbecue, hosted by Psych Club.

Thank you to all who joined us for this celebration. Thank you to the professors for your presence at the event and for your support this year, and always. Thank you to our club members for organizing this event--and special shout out to co-President Joel (aka. "Master Chef") for working the grill. Psych Club's success this year would not be possible without the lasting enthusiasm, dedication, warmth, and creativity our members bring.

You're invited to our upcoming Psychology Professor Research Panel:
This Thursday (4/14) in Samuel Mather 202 during Common Hour (11AM-12PM).

Come meet Kenyon's Psychology professors and learn about their background and ongoing research. Students will have the chance to ask questions, learn about research projects at Kenyon and find out how to get involved. We will also be serving FREE Chinese food from Hunan Garden. What could be better?

This panel is especially beneficial for first-years, prospective Psychology majors, and those interested in Psychology research at Kenyon.
