This page is to help CMS Cheerleaders, Brecklyn Chandler, Sidney Hailey, Jaycie Rhinehart, Alivia Rutledge and Marisa Scott raise money to participate in the Houston UCA All-American Tour including the Thanksgiving Day Parade. We are raising money to cover the cost of their 4 day all-inclusive trip. We have 2 deadlines in which the girls and their chaperones must have portions of the trip paid for. A deposit of $200/pp is due by July 12 with the remaining trip balances due on October 4.

Day 6 of our trip started by loading up and hitting the road by 4:00 AM to get home. We stopped several times along the way, the longest was grabbing a drink and some food at Sonic in Plano, TX. The All-Americans spent most of the time sleeping and arrived safely home in the early afternoon. We ended our epic adventures with a last group photo.

Day 5 of our trip started with breakfast followed by packing and loading up in our van to drive to Galveston. We walked around and shopped in the Strand Historic District while waiting for our hotel room to be ready. Once we were able to check in and change, we headed to Pleasure Pier for a quick lunch and some much-needed relaxation on the beach. After hours at the beach swimming, playing in the sand and a quick photo shoot, we went back to the hotel to clean up and get ready for dinner. We enjoyed our last meal on the road at Salsas Mexican Restaurant.

Day 4 of our trip = parade day! Here you will find the pictures of the All-Americans in the parade as well as all the other entries. Grand Marshalls for the parade were Olympic gold medalists Simone Biles and Simone Manuel. The parade was started by the Houston mayor and his daughter presenting them with keys to the city. We got to see dancers, cheerleaders, floats, balloons, the Budweiser clydesdales and several bands.

Day 4 of our trip began very early with a quick breakfast followed by loading up on the buses and heading downtown. The parents were es**rted to a grandstand at the start of the parade while the All-Americans were taken to find their spots in the parade. After the parade, we were taken back to the hotel where the girls changed and we were served a traditional Thanksgiving lunch followed by some much needed resting and sleep. After a lazy afternoon, we had dinner and were joined by the only male All-American in their group, Dalton and his mom. Then we went a few blocks from the hotel for the city's Christmas lighting and fireworks. Our evening ended with some swimming and Black Friday shopping.

Day 3 of our trip saw us up and out early on a rainy morning after breakfast to go to the NASA Johnson Space Center. It was quite a sight to see 13 charter buses with a police es**rt around town! After a couple of hours exploring, we loaded back up and headed to the Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah, TX for lunch, shopping and rides. The All-Americans chose to have lunch at Aquarium and then wandered their own ways. We were then taken back to the hotel to change and then load up again for a BBQ dinner and dance in Hempstead, TX at the fairgrounds. We were entertained with a Best Dancer Competition, Moms Dance Off and Father-Daughter Dance Off followed by all the All-Americans performing their dances for the parents.
