How Andrew TRANSFORMED his body… 🚨
3 months ago, Andrew didn’t know a thing about fitness.
He was a software engineering intern who wanted more definition in his body, but had no idea where to start.
He didn’t know what exercises to do at the gym.
He didn’t know what foods to eat.
Most of all, he didn’t know how to fit workouts into his busy work schedule.
But, these things didn’t stop him from taking action to join my Hypergrowth Body Transformation program.
Andrew had a dream of gaining lean muscle and getting more toned by losing a bit of body fat.
And we did exactly that by working together.
I provided Andrew an optimized exercise and nutrition plan that fit his work schedule.
I taught him the fundamentals of fitness, mentoring him 1-on-1 throughout his transformation.
When Andrew had large work projects come up, I would adjust his workouts to ensure he could fit them in.
When he had any questions about nutrition, I answered them and provided him with recommendations.

He’s gained immense confidence to keep on transforming his body each week.

Without the proper mindset at the gym, you’re setting yourself up for many roadblocks 🚨
Here are 3 tips that will help you adopt a successful mindset when you work out:
💪Tip #1: Know Results Won’t Come Overnight
Seeing changes in your body, whether it’s muscle gain, weight loss or both, takes time from working out.
I wish I had enjoyed the process instead of focusing on an end goal when I first started working out.
💪Tip #2: Don’t Compare Yourself to Others
I used to compare myself to others around me at the gym, but I no longer do that.
Everyone at the gym is in a different stage of their journey, and you should only compare yourself to YOU yesterday.
💪Tip #3: Track Everything
When I first started working out, I did whatever machines I saw and didn’t write down my weight, reps, or # of sets.
I ended up stuck and didn’t make any progress for a while.
Track your workouts to make slight adjustments like increasing weight each week, to build muscle over time!

3 Tips to BURN FAT Quickly 🚨
First, fat loss doesn’t come overnight. It’s a gradual process that anyone can see results from over time.
But, here are some tips that accelerated my fat loss to lose 30 lbs in 3 months and stay lean afterward:
💪TIP #1: Stay Mindful About the Foods You’re Eating
Be honest to yourself about what you’re eating if your goal is weight loss. Instead of feeling super full, aim to feel satisfied after each meal. Make smart choices when eating out to stay on track toward your fat loss goals.
💪TIP #2: Make Healthy Substitutes
Look for low-calorie alternatives to your favorite foods and sauces! For example, I substituted out regular ketchup for low-calorie ketchup (tastes just as good) and replaced sugar with 0-calorie stevia in many of my meals.
💪TIP #3: Enjoy the Process
If you don’t enjoy the methods you are using to lose weight, you won’t be able to sustain them over time. There is no “shiny method” that works for everyone. You’ll be able to burn fat faster if you enjoy the process.

Why I DIDN’T feel like going to the gym today 🚨
Today I woke up feeling super tired, and not motivated at all to go to the gym.
I could have clicked on snooze to sleep an extra 30 minutes or so.
I could have just watched Netflix or YouTube the entire morning.
But I didn’t. Despite my thoughts, I got out of bed and went to the gym.
After my first workout, I started to feel a bit better. Little by little, with each workout I completed for my plan today, I felt 1% better each time.
By the end of my workout, I felt completely refreshed and ready to start my day off right.
You see, motivation comes and goes. You can’t rely on motivation alone to get things done. No matter what happens, discipline will always beat motivation.
And how do you apply discipline? You need a plan.

How David transformed his body in ONE MONTH 🚨
A couple of months ago, David was lost & unmotivated in his fitness journey.
Although he went to the gym each week, he felt STUCK because his weights weren’t going up.
He had good workout form. He tried to eat healthy… but he couldn’t make any progress for a YEAR.
When he heard about Hypergrowth Body Transformation, he decided to make a change. Despite being a busy undergraduate student about to start medical school, David took the leap of faith to join.
Once inside my program, I gave him a step-by-step personalized plan on how to break out of his plateau. This plan encompassed all parts of his lifestyle, nutrition, and training.
He was held accountable to stay CONSISTENT at the gym with weekly check-ins. I answered any questions he had, and mentored him to accelerate his gym progress.

3 Healthy Habits that helped me lose weight 🚨
Sure, training and nutrition plans are important for weight loss, but what about the habits you have in your everyday life?
I believe that weight loss is living a healthier lifestyle, and here are 3 habits I’ve used to lose 30 lbs in 3 months:
✅ Habit #1: Write Down Your Long-Term Goals
Writing down where you see yourself in one month or year will help you keep striving to make good choices each day. You’ll stay more focused on weight loss and more motivated to exercise. Place the goals you’ve written down in your room where you can see them each day.
✅ Habit #2: Create a Motivational Morning Routine
By making a morning routine that you’re familiar with, you’ll start each day with a good amount of motivation toward your weight loss goals. Things I recommend in a morning routine include drinking water, meditating for 5-10 minutes, and journaling.
✅ Habit #3: Stay Active in Your Everyday Life
Whether it’s parking farther away in a parking lot, going on more walks, or using a standing desk, keep yourself active outside of the gym. Your body will burn more calories and thus more body fat with more activity throughout your day.

Sick of not eating out since you want to lose weight? 🚨
Most people think they have to avoid eating out with family or friends if they’re in a weight loss phase.
They restrict themselves from birthday parties, nights out, and family dinners.
And I’m about to show you why this isn’t sustainable… and what to do instead.
When I first started my weight loss journey, I fell into the trap of avoiding eating out.
I would see influencers meal prep the entire week and thought they never ate out.
I would see bodybuilders talk about how they barely ate out.
So, I avoided all food-related events with family and friends.
And I felt like my weight loss journey was pulling me back from experiencing “real life.”
I felt isolated and wasn’t enjoying the process of losing weight.
I began to enjoy quality time eating out with family and friends.
I felt way happier and even more dedicated to my weight loss journey.
The truth is, you need a balance between eating at home and eating out.
And I’m not saying to eat out all the time, but to do so in moderation.
Stay mindful of the calories you eat when going out with family or friends.
Losing weight should never feel restrictive.
Enjoy your fitness journey and know that results will come with time.
Strive for a balance between your personal life and fitness life.

3 Tips that Helped Me Get Lean 🚨
These tips helped me lose 30 lbs in 3 months, then maintain my lean body after my transformation.
You ready? Here we go:
TIP #1: Drink More Water to Stay Full
When you drink water, you fill up your stomach signaling your body to think you are somewhat full. This came in useful whenever I had huge late night cravings for snacks. In these situations, I drank 1-2 L of water to keep myself full.
TIP #2: Eat Less Calorie-Dense Foods
Eating foods that are lower in calories will help you stay on track with weight loss. You’ll maintain a caloric deficit, eating less calories than your body maintains, and burn body fat in the process. And you can eat more food overall if you include low calorie-dense foods, staying more full.
TIP #3: Stay Consistent with Training and Nutrition
Without sticking to your training and nutrition plan each week, you won’t make solid progress over time. Consistency is key to living a healthier lifestyle and seeing the fat loss you want over time.
