Yesterday the 6th graders took a trip back to ancient Mesopotamia as they learned how to write in the world’s first written language - cuneiform!

RSMS Families,

We’re getting ready for another year of celebrating our incredible students through Wave Rumble!

Wave Rumble is our bi-monthly student celebration where we recognize students in a variety of ways including academic achievement and growth to positive behavior, effort, kindness, and being an all-around awesome member of our school community.

To help make these celebrations extra special, we’re asking our RSMS families to help us stock our cart with treats our students will be excited to choose from!

We would greatly appreciate donations of items such as:
• 🥤 Full-size sodas
• 💙 Gatorade or other sports drinks
• 🍿 Individual-size bags of chips
• 🍫 Full-size candy bars
• 🍬 Full-size packaged candy
• 🌟 Other individually packaged treats or drinks middle schoolers would love

Every and any donation helps us make these celebrations something our students look forward to and gives us another opportunity to remind them that their hard work and good choices don’t go unnoticed.

Donations can be sent to RSMS and designated for the Wave Rumble Cart.

🚀 Blast Off with Newton’s Third Law! Today, our students took learning to new heights by launching water rockets to explore Newton's third law of motion: every action has an equal and opposite reaction! Watching the intense downward rush of water propel our rockets high into the sky made the physics of propulsion come alive.
