AFGAK is hosting a back to school outing with Scott's Sweets at the park behind the firehouse in Galesburg. G-A Families, please join us to find out how to be involved with AFGAK this year and learn about upcoming events. Buy a sweet treat from Scott's Sweets while your child play with friends! We look forward to seeing you TONIGHT, Thursday, August 20th. We will be there from 5-7pm.

👟❤️ FIRST DAY SHOE FUND 💛👟

The first day of school is just around the corner, and we want to make sure every G-A student can start the school year feeling confident and ready to learn!

The First Day Shoe Fund helps provide new shoes for students K-5 who may need a little extra support getting ready for the school year.

💛 Every student deserves to walk into school feeling prepared and confident.
❤️ Together, we can make sure our Rams start the year on the right foot!

Please see attached flyer for information regarding how to order. Order forms will be available at the school if you need them. Order forms are due by September 14th and online ordering closes September 16th.

It's time to update your annual PowerSchool forms for the upcoming school year!

Keeping your student's information current helps us ensure you receive important school news, emergency notifications, transportation updates, and other district communications throughout the year.

📝 Please log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete your yearly forms as soon as possible.

🚌 Transportation Reminder:
The Transportation Form MUST be completed by August 10 to ensure your student has bus transportation in place for the start of the new school year. Forms received after this date may result in delays to transportation services. Please share this with your friends and families to help spread the word!
