This week at the Fries Town Market , along with my bagels I will have Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting. Bagel flavors this week will be Cinnamon Raisin, Everything and possibly Plain.

It’s been a few months since I made sourdough cinnamon rolls. These don’t hang around long when I make them 🤤. Way better than that overrated place in the mall lol. Mixed the dough before bed, proofed over night and rolled this morning. By lunch they will be ooey gooey and ready to frost.

I’m back at the Fries Town Market this week with bagels! 🥯 I will be making Plain and sun-dried tomato, herb and cheese. I’m trying to make up my mind on a sweet flavor. Would you rather have Cinnamon Raisin or Strawberry this week?
