We honor the passengers, crew members, first responders, and all those whose lives were forever changed. We also remember the courage and selflessness shown in the days that followed.

WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME DRONE BUILDER

We’re looking for an experienced drone builder interested in teaching students ages 12–17 how to build drones. Classes will be held during the evening.

Qualifications:

✅ Hands-on drone-building experience
✅ Knowledge of drone parts, electronics, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting
✅ Basic understanding of drone safety and FAA regulations
✅ Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
✅ Programming or flight-control software experience is a plus

Equipment and additional training will be provided.

Ground School Starts September 16!

A strong foundation on the ground makes a difference in the air. At Pilot in Training Flight Academy, our Ground School helps student pilots build the knowledge and understanding they need for safe and confident flight training.

You’ll learn about:

Aerodynamics & aircraft systems
Airspace, charts & navigation
Weather & aviation decision-making
Regulations, procedures & safety
Flight planning and pilot responsibilities

Ground School is an important part of becoming a pilot because understanding the why behind what you do in the cockpit helps you make better decisions and get more out of your flight training.
