The Dance Marathon Alumni Association is opening nominations for board positions. We’re looking for DM at UF alumni who are ready to bring fresh ideas, collaborate with a passionate team and continue building a strong, engaged community, all while making a lasting impact!

No matter your background (events, finance, communications, or beyond) there’s a place to contribute and lead.

The DMA Board’s very own Analiese Wagner was awarded Alumni of the Year at the Dance Marathon at UF Main Event this past weekend!

Smart, strategic, and endlessly driven, Analiese helped take the board to the next level this year. As Finance Chair, her professionalism, organization and proactive leadership were instrumental in so many of our biggest initiatives, including the launch of the DMA Legacy Scholarship and Happy Hour for Hope. She is truly what it means to be a proud DM at UF alumni. Alumni of the Year couldn’t be more well deserved 💫👏

Congratulations, Analiese!!!

The DMA is so thrilled to award Footprints Ambassador Vansh Devarashetty and Merchandise Captain Suhani Nihalani as the first ever recipients of the DMA Legacy Scholarship!

Because of the overwhelming support from the alumni community, the Board was able to award not just one, but two $500 scholarships to deserving student leaders in the inaugural year of the scholarship.

We cannot be more proud of these two students who truly represent what it means to be connected to the cause and of service to the community.

Thank you to all of this year’s applicants, as well as the Scholarship Committee who assisted in reviewing and scoring all of the amazing applications that were received!

The DMA Boards looks forward to continuing to award this scholarship in the future, inspired by the incredible alumni who paved the way.

We can’t wait to see you at Happy Hour for Hope! 🥂
