An incredible group of alumni and current law students guided 60 participants through an immersive, hands-on legal experience focused on resolving the issues surrounding an automobile accident case.

Students stepped into the role of Associate Attorneys and were assigned to either the Plaintiff or Defendant team. Working alongside Lead Attorneys (alumni), they gathered facts from their client and developed strategies to obtain information from third parties.

After analyzing the case, each team prepared for mediation, where students negotiated through a Mediator in pursuit of a mutually acceptable resolution. Along the way, each phase included brief educational overviews introducing key legal concepts and practical insights into the profession.

The program concluded with a general Q&A session, giving students the opportunity to ask questions about the experience, law school, and life as a practicing attorney.
