Our Agriculture Foundations students put their communication and leadership skills to the test through a parliamentary procedure debate with trail mix, practicing how to conduct effective meetings and debate important topics. 🗣️

Meanwhile, our Biotechnology students got hands-on with aseptic techniques while working with bacteria and developing essential laboratory skills. 🦠

From the meeting room to the laboratory, our students are building the knowledge, confidence, and career-ready skills needed for their future in agriculture!

Our South Sumter FFA members are making the most of every opportunity at the Florida FFA Chapter Presidents Conference!

From leadership development and teamwork to building skills that will make an impact back home, our students are learning, growing, and discovering new ways to unlock their potential as FFA members and future leaders.

We’re proud to watch these students step outside their comfort zones, build connections, and represent South Sumter FFA! 💙💛

Our Agritechnology students wrapped up some of their woodworking projects! From benches and garden boxes to side tables and more, students designed, built, and learned to safely use power tools along the way. 🪵🔨

A special thank you to YellaWood for donating the wood materials to make these projects possible!

What a great experience for our students! From operating equipment to understanding moisture levels and proper hay production, our students are learning skills that go far beyond the classroom! Shoutout to Darren & Dylan for taking time after school to bale hay!
