Happy holidays 2024 🥰! Every day is a gift 🎁, continue to cherish the present 💝. The saying “the days are long, but the years are short” continues to ring true.

Our life is measured in a large unit of time—years. But our life is made up of individual moments 🌊. If we will take care of the moments —the years will more than likely take care of themselves🌈.

My goal digging heart 🫶🏼 has been working behind the scenes this year on Flexibility Script content that has yet to be shared with the world 🌎. It has been a process that I have enjoyed slowly seeing it come to light on its own time. I don’t want to rush the journey and I’m hoping that in the later half of 2025 and into 2026, I’ll be able to share the content that will help pave the way in helping more people achieve freedom of movement for life 🤗.

A lot of happy growth lies ahead 🙂. My website FlexibilityScript.com is officially down as of today, and you can continue to find info on the Flexibility Script YouTube channel 📺. The website will relaunch into 2025/2026 and I’m excited to see it all come to life 🤗.

I’ll be continuing to post here and there when my heart/mind are in it to share 🤓, as I truly enjoy being in the moment of my day to day. I will continue working behind the scenes on the Flexibility Script continuing education expansion ☺️, and taking care of these moments will take care of shaping the years ahead 🥰.

🇬🇷 2024 was so memorable 🥰! 42.2km/26.2 miles of happy running adventures took place today as we ventured the original marathon route from Marathon to Athens, Greece 🇬🇷 with an ending at the which is the site of the first ever Olympic Games back in 1896 😃! Special thanks to for all of your never ending love, encouragement, and support 🥹😘🫶🏼; for being the best running partner anyone could ever ask for 🤗🏃🏻‍♀️🥰; my dear friend for venturing on your first full marathon doing it marvelously flying by the seat of your pants 🤩😄; and my new running connection .me.neenee 😃!!!

🎉🤗🎉! We got another weekend of recording Flexibility Script continuing education content wrapped up 🎬🤓📚! So very excited to be seeing course offerings continuing the journey to living a virtual life😎!

I was so happy to have had the opportunity to see yesterday for his one-of-a-kind, inspirational presentation, “The Nerve Project: Exploring the Nerve Tree in Relationship.” The content was truly fascinating as Gil shared his latest research and discoveries from his incredible five month journey dissecting the nerve tree. Through powerful visual presentation, lecture, stories, and guided embodiment exercises, Gil demonstrated the details of both the central, autonomic, and peripheral nervous tissues.

Simply put, nothing has been done quite like this before 🤯🤩😍! If you have the opportunity to see this tour as it travels around the US, you will not regret it 🥰🤓❤️!! Thank you for letting me know Gil was coming to town so we could go 😀❤️🤗!!!
