A real world scenario that requires the use of a defensive weapon will cause physiological impulses we define as stress. The individual responses to stress are hearing loss, mono vision, rapid breathing loss, loss of fine motor skills. These things affect every part of a combative shooting. Training with induced stress increases a positive outcome.

With any traumatic encounter, your physiological heart rate will increase into the 190 beats per minute range. This deminishes your fine motor skills and reduces your thought process. The drill depicted is specifically designed to endure stress by increasing your heart rate above it’s normal rate through physical exertion and challenge your cogniscent thought along with fine motor skillsl by reassembling and loading your firearm and placing two rounds accurately on target.
