The month of March is National Athletic Training month! Here are 5 things you should know about athletic trainers!

1. They are health care professionals
2. The welfare of patients is their top priority
3. Taping and ice is a small part of what athletic trainers do
4. Education is a huge part of becoming an athletic trainer
5. They work in more settings than sports

Meet Me (Will), your ATSA Secretary! I am a third year Health Education and Behavior major. I am excited to help this club grow and to spread information about Athletic Training through our social media! A fun fact about me is I have been a competitive gymnast for 12 years🤸‍♂️

Meet Daria, our ATSA Treasurer! Daria is a 2nd year Applied Physiology and Kinesiology major. This semester she is most excited to watch the UF vs Kentucky men’s basketball game and a fun fact about her is that she is left handed!👋
